Acknowledgement
All registrations received prior to Monday, 29 August 2022 will be acknowledged in writing. Registrations received after this date will be processed on the day you arrive at the Conference.
If you have not received confirmation of your registration within two weeks of posting your registration form, please contact IMSANZ via email events@imsanz.org.au.
Online registrations will be acknowledged with an automated email response and a link to your tax invoice.
Alterations
Alterations to your registration cannot not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be in writing via:Email: events@imsanz.org.au
Payment
Payment by credit card is required to complete the registration to process. Registration cannot be confirmed until full payment is received.
A tax invoice will be sent with the confirmation email. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (inclusive of GST).
A 3% credit card surcharge will be added to your registration payment. Payments will appear as IMSANZ CONFERENCE AU on your statement

Registration
We encourage you to register prior to Monday, 29 August to secure your in-person or virtual attendance.
All in-person attendees will be required to be fully vaccinated & able to show proof of vaccination with an Australian Governments Vaccination Certificate, if requested.
Many conferences and meetings have transitioned to fully virtual courses, but we feel it is important and value face-to-face communication and understand that our conferences are more than a series of lectures; they are also a chance to network, share experiences and engage in informal social activities with both new and long-standing colleagues. We also understand that the on-going COVID-19 pandemic requires a more flexible approach to our regular meeting. Therefore, the 2022 IMSANZ Conference will be presented in a ‘Hybrid’ format. In-person for those able to attend in Manly, NSW and online for those New Zealand, Pacific Island and Australian colleagues who wish to attend or present virtually. This also will ensure that the conference can proceed regardless of any last minute COVID-19 restrictions.
- If IMSANZ cancels the in-person IMSANZ Conference, Manly 2022, all registrants’ registration fees will be transferred to the fully virtual conference and the price difference between in-person & virtual refunded to the delegate.
- If a registrant can no longer attend the in-person conference due to national, regional, or organisational implemented travel bans, he/she can transfer his/her registration fees to the virtual conference without penalty.
- If a registrant can no longer attend the in-person conference due to personally testing positive for COVID-19 or being placed into isolation (either mandated or self-isolation) he/she can transfer his/her registration fees to the virtual conference without penalty.
- All other reasons for cancellation will follow the standard cancellation policy noted below.

Standard Cancellation Policy
In-Person & Virtual
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Events Manager via events@imsanz.org.au.
Cancellations made prior to Monday, 1 August 2022 will be refunded, less $125.00 to cover administration costs.
After this date, no refunds will be made.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

In-Person to Virtual
Requests received on or after Monday, 1 August 2022 are confirmed, however no refund of the difference between in-person and virtual will be paid.
Virtual to In-Person
Requests received on or after Monday, 1 August 2022 are not confirmed until the organiser and venue can ensure a ticket is available. If confirmed, the price difference between virtual & in-person is payable prior to the start of the conference.
