General Registration Information

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

All registrations received prior to Friday 1 September 2023 will be acknowledged in writing. Registrations received after this date will be processed on the day you arrive at the Conference. 

If you have not received confirmation of your registration within two weeks of posting your registration form, please contact IMSANZ via email events@imsanz.org.au​. 

Online registrations will be acknowledged with an automated email response and a link to your tax invoice.

ALTERATIONS

Alterations to your registration cannot not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be in writing via:Email: events@imsanz.org.au

ONSITE REGISTRATIONS

If you have not registered by 1 September 2023  you can register on-site. The Registration Desk will be open from 9.00am on Wednesday 6 September 2023. On-site delegates are not guaranteed any inclusive social function tickets.​

PAYMENT

Payment by credit card is required to complete the registration to process. Registration cannot be confirmed until full payment is received.

A tax invoice will be sent with the confirmation email. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (inclusive of GST).

A 3% credit card surcharge will be added to your registration payment. Payments will appear as IMSANZ AU 23 on your statement

Cancellations

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Manager. Cancellations made by 6 August 2023 will be refunded, less $125.00 to cover administration costs. After this date, no refunds will be made.  If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

CONVERTING YOUR REGISTRATION

Virtual To In-Person; In-Person To Virtual
​At any time, should you wish to convert your in-person conference registration to the virtual conference, or vice-versa, you may do so by contacting Lynda Booth, lynda@totalmanagementsolutions.co.nz or +64 21 779 233. The policy includes:

Virtual To In-Person​

  • Requests received prior to 6 August 2023 are confirmed with the price difference between virtual & in-person is payable prior to the start of the conference.
  • Requests received after 6 August 2023 are not confirmed until the organiser and venue can ensure a ticket is available. If confirmed, the price difference between virtual & in-person is payable prior to the start of the conference.

In-Person To Virtual

  • ​Requests received prior to the 6 August 2023 are confirmed with the price difference between virtual & in-person refunded after the conference.
  • Requests received after 6 August 2023 are confirmed, however no refund of the difference between in-person and virtual will be paid.
